Try putting your phone away while breastfeeding, even if it’s just for a few minutes.
Instead of scrolling, use that time to look at your baby, talk to them, sing softly, or simply enjoy the cuddles. 
They won’t be this little forever—and these quiet moments are so precious.

I was just thinking about this today. This current generation (me included) use our phone to keep busy when breastfeeding. Why not put the phone down and enjoy the moment? Look outside. Sing. Read a book to the baby. When the next baby comes, I plan on being present more.

Love this. Also makes you have a bigger or more often let downs because looking at your baby produces more hormones.
