#Little Relaxation Tips For Daily Life

First, the packaging is SO cute! I loved the little details, from the sayings throughout the box to the different flower shapes and colors. They even included a little tool to open each individually wrapped steamer. I chose the rosemary one first and really enjoyed it! The scent was noticeable without being overpowering which I appreciate, as some scents give me headaches.
Honestly, my showers are one of the few times I get a few minutes to myself, so I love anything that makes them feel a little more relaxing. I don’t have time for a big self-care routine every day, but throwing one of these in the shower is easy and takes no extra time. I love having different scents to choose from depending on my mood. I’m excited to try them all, although I have a feeling lavender or lemongrass will be hard to beat! Overall, these are a fun way to make an everyday shower feel a little more like “me time.”
