Bed time routine

No one talks about how difficult those first few weeks are for a mom! Many infants have day and night confusion and want to sleep all day and be up all night. Its important to show them that nighttime is quiet time. Creating a bed time routine helped me tremendously with my girls. They both know we have dinner, take baths, bottles of milk, and star lights means bed time. Routines can be extremely helpful! Like my 2 month old knows when her bath time is and if she isn’t bathed by 9:30pm she starts getting fussy​ once she gets her bath shes fine lol.
