Body Aches

I wish I was stronger. I wish I had someone to help with holding my daughter when my muscles are aching. But everybody here has bad backs and can’t handle holding her for more than a couple minutes. My daughter likes to be held a lot. I love to hold her, but my back, ribs, and shoulders are killing me. I hold her anyways, but it just gets worse and worse. Hopefully these walks I’ve been going on will help make me stronger. In the meantime I will just endure the pain

Ugh. I feel this! I’m so weak. And I had 3rd degree burns to my hand. It’s so hard to hold my babe.

I felt this and still do especially in my wrist !! Having something that attaches to the hip like a seat is realllllly helpful! They have tush baby or the Momcozy 2-1 hip seat carrier but that’s what helped me a bit! the wrist is still bad though:(

Aww Im so sorry Hope it gets better for you. Have you tried Yoga? It will hurt and maybe you might not be able to fully do it but the more you do the more improvement you should see. It helped me a lot with my back pain.

No kidding! It is so hard to find the time to take care of our bodies, but it is so important! Even if it’s something small here and there

I haven’t tried yoga, but I think I will have to give the stretching a try! That sounds like a great way to help with the pain since it’s so gentle. Thank you for the idea!

Exactly I think any moment is HUGE!!! Everything counts so being proud go the and staying consistent is honestly the key

I’m trying to stay consistent, and I’m able to most of the time. I actually lost 7 pounds this month just from going on our walks. I think a big part of the body aches is because I’m starting to get back in shape again after not exercising for so long. Add a heavy baby on top of it and you really start to feel it! I do need to do more stretches though. I don’t stretch before walking and I bet it would make a difference

Stretching makes such a big difference it’s actually wild! I learned that from work. I use to never stretch and I felt so beat up after a good exercise especially hiking or walking but give yourself 15 or 30 minutes and then go in a walk it’s will feel like you are on cloud 9
