One thing that really helped my breastfeeding journey was sizing down on the nipple size. I found it helped with nipple confusion. You do have to monitor to make sure your baby doesn’t get tired while having a bottle tho. It made it so I could bottle feed and nurse when I wanted too.

We did pace feeding too. It definitely helps
It can depend on the bottle too. Some have more come out then others
