Breastfeeding Story

My breastfeeding journey didn’t go as planned, but it taught me so much. My son spent time in the NICU, so I pumped while we were apart and tried breastfeeding once he came home, but latching was difficult. I was an overproducer at first, but I later learned the wrong flange size may have affected my supply. Now, at nine months postpartum, I’m working to build it back up. Every feeding journey looks different, and I’ve learned that doing your best is enough. :white_heart:

Doing your best is absolutely enough

Welcome to the community mama!! Thank you for sharing your story. Navigating NICU time, latching, and flange sizing is a lot, but your mindset is so inspiring. Cheering you on at 9 months! Hugsss
