Cleaning time

So oddly enough one of my biggest still me is when I get like an hour to power clean and organize. My adhd Brain strugglessssss with overstimulation so organizing gives me so much peace. It doesn’t stay clean long but that 45 seconds of Clarity is so peaceful.

This!! I literally wait for my kids to go to bed so I can clean. Then once it’s all done I look around, give myself a pat on the back and tell myself it was nice while it lasted because in the morning it will look like I did nothing lol

I completely understand. When I get in that cleaning mode nobody can stop me. I also be everywhere I’ll start in the living room and end up in my room in 2 minutes

Same I get overwhelmed if everything is a mess! I just ordered a cabinet for my laundry room to organize it and it came in today I am so excited :joy: my hubby has a project to put together when he gets home but he is not going to be as excited haha

I know exactly what you mean! I’m telling you girl, get a toy rotation system going. I only have 8 toys out at a time, and it takes me 10 minutes to clean up at night. I used to have all the toys out, and it was insane how overwhelming it was! With two kids, maybe 5 toys out for each of them would be good. It makes things so much easier.
