I have not been keeping track of feeding, naps, pumping, diaper changes, types of soiled diapers, etc. But all of my mom friends log everything and time everything. They know their baby soils 7-10 diapers a day and how many are poops. It makes me feel like I should be tracking too, but honestly I wouldn’t even know what to do with all of that data. What would that be used for?
I don’t track either
I tracked everything for the first 6 months, and it was exhausting. I wish I hadn’t wasted so much time doing it. I only log everything when my daughter is sick now to keep track of symptoms, temperature, and what time to take medicine.
The Momcozy app has data tracking for baby and mama !! It’s so useful! The diaper tracker is the real winner for me especially when I want to make sure baby is getting enough eat
I track when they are sick too I have a dry erase board for the fridge to keep track of medication and anything else
I track my pumps just to make sure I’m pumping enough per day but that’s it . Not soiled diapers etc . To each their own.
I track my pumps just to make sure I’m getting enough in each day, but that’s about it. I don’t track dirty diapers or every little thing.
I use this app called Talli Baby. I use the free version, and I found a workaround to add your own categories, so you can track literally anything
