The kids are gone this weekend. Dropped them off at the grandparents house. Hubby and I are pouring into each other without having any kids rely on us. I love our date nights. Feels like it makes us a better team and better parents.

Aww I’m glad y’all are having a good time! It’s important to have time to yourselves every once in awhile like that without having to worry about the kids. It can be so hard to focus on eachother when you have kids. Your grandparents rock!

They really are. I felt mistreated by some of mines. I was a stepdaughter. I too have a bonus daughter and I always make sure she being treated the same! So I’m really glad they have and love their grandparents

Well it was his birthday on Wednesday but we both worked so we really celebrated last weekend. So we went to top golf and we tried this new bbq place we’ve been wanting to try. Then we chilled at home and tried to catch up on the boys !!
I’m sorry they were like that. I can kind of relate because I have a stepmom who has never really been all that nice to me. I have a stepdaughter myself, and I always make sure she knows how much I love her. It sucks when you feel like the reject
