Diaper Announcement

Guys, I am so excited and proud right now! My daughter just walked up to me tugging at her diaper and said “poo”. She was letting me know she pooped so I could change her! I think it’s about time to start potty training!

I hope it’s not too bad. This is my first kid!

Awesome. How old of you don’t mind me asking? I’m thinking about potty training my almost 2 year old in a few weeks. She’ll be 2 the end of September

:rofl::rofl::rofl:I agree. It’s a wild ride. Some people potty trained so fast out, and I pray that that she gets out. For me was one crazy year.

She’s 18 months. I’ve heard of you use cloth diapers or cloth pull ups that it helps them recognize that it’s uncomfortable to pee your pants, and will make them want to use the potty instead. There’s more to it of course, but that much I do remember

Thanks I hope it doesn’t take long. I’m hoping that by starting this early that maybe it will be easier?

Any tips for potty training? All advice is welcome!

get the training underwear and put them on and then put a pull up over it so it won’t make a mess on the floor. If you do just a pull up it still kinda feels like a diaper and it doesn’t bother them as bad as the training underwear does getting wet. We did just pull ups for over night just incase

Okay, I will try that. I almost bought her some regular panties today, and I’m glad I decided against it. Pull ups over night for sure….or a diaper. I still have to change her once in the middle of the night because of how much she nurses. Do pull ups hold more than a diaper?

This is amazing!!
