DIY Sandbox

A fun summer idea that I am looking at doing for my daughter is building a sandbox. It’s fairly inexpensive. For $40, you can create your own sandbox! All you need is 1-2 kiddie pools and a couple of bags of play sand. The second kiddie pool is to be used as a lid, or you could just use a tarp. I just know my daughter would have a blast!

Good! I’m realizing how helpful it is to have open play activities like this with an 18 month old. She has such a short attention span unless we are doing something outside

I know what you mean! Babyproofing is so hard too! I thought I was done babyproofing my living room, and then I look over and my daughter is climbing the cat tower! :woman_facepalming:t2:
