One thing I hope this Support List doesn’t leave out is if something isn’t working for you don’t be afraid to try something new because that’s how you find what works best for you! If your breast pump isn’t giving you enough output, try another one. They aren’t one size fits all your body might not respond to it like it would a different one. If your flange doesn’t feel right go up or down a size until you find the right fit, if you’re having trouble getting baby to latch try a different position. If your baby is having a hard time latching or if you have cracked and sore nipples, try a nipple shield. If you are having trouble don’t be afraid to reach out for help that’s what lactation consultants are for. I respond differently to each of my pumps some can take longer too ---

Thiss because I switched 2 different times being the medela pumps wasn’t working for me or the lasinoth pumps but once I switched to momcozy immediate difference ---
