Last night, just after closing my eyes after a feeding and pumping, my husband hears strange noises outside. When he goes to investigate, he comes face to face with two men trying to break into our home. Thank God my husband was home at the time and is law enforcement and within a few minutes the agency he works with responded so quickly that the threat was over before it even began. I have never felt true fear like that until last night holding my baby so tight while my husband is outside ensuring our safety. I am so thankful and feel beyond supported by my husband and those whom he works with putting their lives in the line daily for our safety. One of our good friends was one of the deputies on duty who responded and actually dropped off a Mother’s Day gift to me while he was here last night. MotherhoodSupportMatters

That’s so scary! Omg I’m so glad you guys are okay! And I’m glad your husband was home to investigate. So many things could’ve gone wrong! But they didn’t and you guys are safe. So proud of him and the other law enforcement for responding quickly!

I’m so happy your husband was there and especially since he is law enforcement that’s so lucky !!! Happy to hear you are all safe because this would scare me to my core!!! Ugh I’m so sorry you had to go through this at all
