Emergency Bag Just In Case

What helps me is to always have an emergency bag packed. You never know when emergencies will occur. It’s also nice for when you forget to restock your diaper bag and you’re running late. And you always have diapers and wipes to hold you over when you run out. I like to pack 2 days worth of stuff for my daughter. I pack the essentials:

  • diapers
  • Wipes
  • Short sleeve, long sleeve, shorts, pants, footie pajamas, and sweater
  • Socks
  • Blanket
  • Snacks
  • Sippy cup and bottle of water
  • Comb
  • Changing pad
  • Stuffed animal
  • Yoga pants, shirt, sweater, socks, and underwear for myself

Nice bags. Definitely something I feel I will be doing.

I’m pretty anxious too. Always prepared though

I already do this too!! :joy: Having an emergency bag packed and ready has saved me more than once, especially when I’m rushing out the door. I love keeping extra diapers and wipes in there because somehow those are always the first things you run out of lol. And yes to packing something for yourself too, because we’re always prepared for the babies and then forget about ourselves :joy:

For sure! I had to learn this the hard way when my daughter caught the flu at 2 months old. My husband and I automatically went into panic mode when she had a high fever and we had to call 911. It’s so hard to think straight during emergency situations
