A tip I have for mommas is to check on your momma friends! It is so important to show mommas support and check in on them to make sure that they are doing ok. Even if it’s just a simple I am thinking of you today or you’re doing a great job! That matters so much to someone who is in the newborn trenches or overwhelmed with multiple kids and just needs to feel seen. I know it has always brightened my day when someone thought to check on me and I try to do it for others as well! Have you encouraged another mom lately? ---
