Fatty milk

I wish I knew this is how you can actually make your milk a little extra fatty!! My milk is really watery and it goes right through my little one. She’s stays hungry since it’s just water. I give her formula right now to get her a little full while I work on making my milk fatty hopefully I get a fat plug

Thanks for sharing! Remember though- what your body is making..is amazing. Social media has glorified fat plugs but your milk can still be perfect and produce gains without it. You are doing amazing.
