I’m on my second breastfeeding journey but for my first I really wish I would’ve known latching baby is better than pumping. I’ve always saw all the videos and reels other moms posted of pumping and having lots of output. Maybe that’s why I was an under supplier ?

I did the same thing the first go around because I saw all the pumping videos and didn’t know that putting baby to the breast was better for your supply

Yes latching is definitely a learning process with my first latching was good but with my newborn we both had to learn

Seriously I love seeing it and seeing moms thriving but there should be a disclaimer for us new moms 
The comparison trap on social media is so real! Dont let the comparison steal your joy. Pump output definitely doesn’t define your worth or your supply. You are doing enough
