Flare ups to breastmilk

Hello! Did any others notice flareups or breakouts with their breast-feeding babies if they consume dairy? And if you did when you removed the dairy, did you notice the flareups go away? I’m not sure if she’s breaking out/having flareups from my dairy consumption or if she just has sensitive skin like me. I usually have eggs for breakfast every morning and sometimes cream cheese. I do have coffee every day, but I have it with non-dairy creamer.

I would check with the pediatrician because it could be an allergy. My son had eczema really bad and would have flair ups a lot. It also could be the eggs because any time he ate eggs his face would break out he finally outgrew that but won’t eat eggs anymore i dont know if you eating them has the same affect or not but its worth checking into

Yeah I’m definitely gonna ask pediatrician next appointment. Thank you for your reply! She did mention it to me too that I shouldn’t eat dairy because she could be sensitive to it. Then here I am eating it, it’s hard to cut it out. I will stop eating it for a couple weeks to see if her skin clears up. She’s not breaking out/ flaring up bad by any means but it’s there.

It could be your laundry detergent as well we had to change to free and clear with him as well
