One of the most helpful tips I received from another mom is to follow cues and delete the
app
. I got so caught up in tracking times and amounts for every bottle and pump session, sleep and wake windows, and even diapers and their contents. I was driving myself crazy trying to log everything and honestly my baby is perfectly healthy and there is not a single reason I need to log the time and content of every diaper
. Once I stopped trying to write everything down and micro manage every detail and started following her cues instead, it feels like everything became easier. Don’t get me wrong I keep an eye on the clock to make sure I don’t miss a pump or go too long without a bottle, but we’ve been really successful just vibin’![]()
. Delete the app and let your baby tell you what they need when they need it instead of an app!![]()

This I can’t stress this enough! In the hospital they were pushing a schedule and tracking everything and I drove myself crazy with it when I had my 1st baby and when we got home and settled after a few weeks I stopped tracking and started paying attention to her cues and I wasn’t so stressed out all the time and she was thriving.
This! I had to stop with the app. It definitely made everything more challenging! I found it wasn’t accurate either.
