Today goes to my fourth wish, I really wish my next breastfeeding journey (which is in June) goes a lot better and easier this time around! Now that I have a better idea then the first time around. I’m happy with just enougher but if I’m an over prouder mission completed
my first time I was an under supplier and I had to combo feed which it really did make me feel like I wasn’t enough. I grew strong and better and after months of hard work i became an enougher for two years

I wish this for you too! Our self worth is not measured in ounces and trust me I’ve learned that the hard way. But you loving your baby and trying hard every day for that little one is ENOUGH it’s actually quite AMAZING!!!

When I had my baby, I pumped twice a day at the same time every day for 30 minutes. I did this to build my freezer stash, and it made me an overproducer. I don’t know what it would’ve been like if I hadn’t done this, but I assume the breast pump caused it. If I dont don’t do it at the same time every day, I get milk duct clogs, so be careful of that.

I wish this for you too! With my first I had to supplement formula as well and it definitely makes you feel like you aren’t enough! With my second I produced more milk and had a better understanding of breastfeeding and it was a much better experience and I have produced more milk with each baby.
