# "Fridge Hack" - Baby Care

**The “Fridge Hack” for Pump Parts**  
If you pump multiple times a day and can’t wash after every session, rinse off visible milk, then place all pump parts in a sealed bag or container in the refrigerator. At the end of the day, wash everything thoroughly with hot, soapy water and let air-dry. I did this when I returned to work. When I was at home, I would soak my pump parts and bottle in water and my husband or I would clean them at the end of the day.

“Fridge Hack” saves time during busy days while still keeping parts safe for healthy, full-term babies.

I also do the fridge hack because I don’t always have time to wash after every pump and everything has to turn out fine for me 😎
