wish I had trusted myself sooner.
When my baby was born, I was determined to breastfeed directly. I kept hearing that it was “the best way,” so I pushed through even when it felt like something wasn’t working. Within just three days, my baby had lost almost 10% of their weight. I was exhausted, stressed, and felt like I was failing.
I ended up borrowing a manual breast pump, and honestly, it was so hard. Painful, time-consuming, and overwhelming on top of everything else. Looking back, I wish I hadn’t listened so much to outside pressure and had explored other options earlier.
Now I’m using the Momcozy S9 pro pump, and it has completely changed my experience. It’s made feeding so much easier and less stressful, and I finally feel like I found what works for me and my baby.
What I wish I knew: feeding doesn’t have to look one certain way. It’s okay to adapt, to try different things, and to choose what works best for you and your baby.
