Frozen milk storage

Currently in the process of reorganizing my milk in the freezer so I can fit more.:sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

I’ve already donated 40 bricks of milk to make room for more. I’m hoping this gives me enough room so I can end my pumping journey soon and feel like myself again. I feel like I’m always on the pump and never get to hold my kids cause if I do I’ll get a massive clot. It’s taken such a toll on my mental health. I’m ready to be done pumping and hold my babies again.

OMG that is so impressive and I’m super proud of you!

What pump do you use and what do you do to keep hydrated? I need tips.

I hope you can get your stash situated. Being in physical need to constantly pump is like your body has you in a hostage situation with clogged ducts or mastitis. You’re also amazing for donating your milk! That’s a lot of time and hard work, you fed a lot of babies in need. I hope you can hold your little ones between all the pumping. You’re doing great mama.

Hello love ! We are revoting

I use the V1/V2 pro pumps. Honestly, staying hydrated is a struggle for me. I occasionally have some electrolytes like instant hydration or liquid iv. I focus more on making sure I get a lot of protein during the day, that’s what has helped my stash the most.

Everyone is different. Make sure you do your research and find what you think will fit you best. I use the V1/V2 pro series pumps.

Oh wow good job mama!

Thank you so much for responding because I’ve always struggled to produce a lot of milk to be able to store it like this :sob:
