Getting out for a short walk or doing some light activity can be a great way to help your body recover after having a baby. Gentle movement may boost your mood, increase your energy, and help relieve some of the aches and stiffness that come during the postpartum . Take it one day at a time, listen to your body, and don’t feel like you have to do too much. Most importantly, make sure you’ve been cleared by your OB or healthcare provider before starting any exercise or physical activity. I found going outside and walking really helped boost my mood and made me less sad and stress below I believe I was 2-3 months pp

Getting outside is an instant mood booster!
This is such a good tip!
Walking outside is one of my favorite things to do, but it’s been so hot in Texas. I can’t wait for the fall.
Also, what kind of stroller is that cause that looks really cool ![]()
I swear the fresh air helps my littles sleep at night too!
Getting fresh air newly postpartum was essential, getting outside made me feel almost normal again. Great advice!

My baby loves it outside. No matter what’s going on as soon as we step out he is very happy.
I agree
