One support tip I would add for moms is to invest in items that support you both during pregnancy and postpartum.
One product that has stayed with me through both stages is my Momcozy Pregnancy Pillow. During pregnancy, it helped relieve pressure on my hips, back, and belly, making it much easier to get comfortable and get the rest my body needed.
I thought I’d pack it away after giving birth, but it’s become just as useful during my postpartum journey. I use it for extra support while nursing and pumping, especially during longer sessions. It helps support my arms, back, and shoulders so I’m not constantly straining or adjusting to find a comfortable position.
Looking back, I love that it wasn’t just a pregnancy purchase. It continues to be something I reach for every day. Small comforts like this can make a big difference when you’re spending hours feeding your baby, and taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of your little one.
The pregnancy pillows are awesome! It was great when I was pregnant and freshly postpartum. I don’t use mine for its intended purpose anymore though. It blocks the crack between my bed and the wall so my daughter doesn’t fall in when playing on the bed!
