Give yourself permission to adjust your plan

One support tip I would add for moms building their feeding routine is: give yourself permission to adjust your plan as your baby grows. :white_heart: cozysupportlist

What helped me was remembering that my feeding journey didn’t have to look exactly the way I imagined it would before becoming a mom. I learned to follow my baby’s cues, be flexible, and focus on what worked best for both of us in that season.

Some days breastfeeding felt easy, some days pumping felt exhausting, and some days a bottle gave us the extra support we needed. I realized that changing my routine wasn’t “giving up” — it was adapting and finding our rhythm.

A feeding routine isn’t about perfection. It’s about making sure your baby is loved, nourished, and that mom feels supported too. The best routine is the one that helps your family feel happy and confident.

I couldn’t agree more, my schedule changes every day. With kids trying to keep things planned to a T stressed me out way more then just going with the flow
