Hey Mama’s! This is my first time posting in this community, and I am glad to be here.
I am a 27 y/o mom living in small town Iowa. I have 2 beautiful baby girls. My oldest was born on the 4th of July in 2024, and my youngest was born this year on Easter day!
Momcozy came into our lives fairly early during my postpartum journey with my first, and ever since then we have been a momcozy family! I dont know where we would be without their products. I still remember holding my spectra flanges every single time until I got the momcozy pumping bra! From there on out, Most things we purchased for both girls has been momcozy.
I just want to say that I am happy to here in this community. My momcozy family has been my village thus far into my journey.
I am also here for whoever needs to talk. I have struggled with low supply with both of my children, and I just want everyone to know they are not alone! No matter how many ounces we produce, we are still providing our babies with all the good nutrients!
Hi mama!! Welcome to the Momcozy community page this is one of my favorite spaces because it’s incredibly supportive and filled with loving mamas this is such a safe space and I am beyond happy you are here
wow!!! my younger son was born on Memorial Day in 2021 lolz love it couldn’t be more perfect timing!!! low supply does suck. I breastfed my youngest(daughter) for 2 years and she’s now 3 and 3 kids down what I learned as far as my supply goes is hydration and food is a must literally every time I fed her I would drink 1-2 bottles of water and I would eat a small lunch sized snack.. (ik maybe that’s a lot of food but you got to put in exactly what comes out or a little more) also milk production super foods always a must just thought I would share
Welcome to the community! I also struggle with low supply and have had to supplement with formula from the beginning. It’s nice to see another mama that can relate to having a low supply. Please share any tips you’ve found that work to increase supply.
