One of my biggest tips is to have a postpartum recovery kit ready before your due date. Trust me, you’ll be so thankful you did.
After giving birth, I had a lot of stitches, so having my postpartum supplies all in one place made recovery so much easier. I also kept my favorite snacks, a heating pad, a big water bottle, and creams and body oils nearby to help care for my skin and stretch marks.
I’ll be honest seeing my stretch marks after giving birth made me feel sad at first. It took time to adjust to my new body, but now I see them differently. They’re a reminder of everything my body did to bring my daughter into the world.
I have attached the kit I used as an example. There are lots of different options, but I definitely recommend having one ready before your due date.

Oh this is truly amazing mama!! Absolutely wish I had gotten the Momcozy postpartum kit but I did have a nice one my best friend made me just wish I had disposable underwear
This is so true! I have this same one, my sister got it for me from my baby registry. Yes Momcozy also has a postpartum kit as well. Most likely going to get the products separately since I already have two peri bottles. But I want to get the pads from Momcozy.
I had this kit as well it was a gift from my sister and it was so nice to have it all right there! I didn’t know Momcozy had a kit until after I had my baby but I will definitely be gifting them to my pregnant friends!
