I am really struggling after being back at work for about two months. I find all of the pumping, the breast-feeding when I’m home, the cleaning, and not to mention just being a wife, extremely difficult to manage. How are you all doing it? Are you letting things go or do you hire help? I don’t know if I can even afford that so I’m just wondering what tips or tricks you have!
Momma you can’t do it alI and you shouldn’t have to. Don’t be hard on yourself you have a lot on your plate. I try to prioritize what needs to be done the most and take care of that first and the rest can wait and don’t be afraid to ask for help if there is something your husband can help with it to take it off your plate let him. With the pumping and breastfeeding your doing a great job, it can definitely be overwhelming but give yourself grace your doing alot!
I just let things go honestly!!! Someday it will all get done and be perfect but that day is not today
I can totally understand everything being overwhelmed. Have you tried maybe setting up a schedule about things that you would like to get done for that day? Me personally I like to have a schedule that gives me a better idea of how I can manage all the tasks that I have and sometimes something will not get done and that’s OK. Don’t feel too much pressure to get everything done in one day.
Also ask your partner to help out as much as they can as well because sometimes we all need an extra help ![]()
