How I keep my supply up

A lot of people ask how I keep up my milk supply, especially while exclusively pumping for my twins. :yellow_heart:

My biggest tip is consistency. I pump every 2–3 hours, even when I’m tired, and that has made the biggest difference. Right now, I average about 22 oz in one pumping session.

My setup makes it so much easier too! I use the Momcozy M9 and Air1 breast pumps, the Momcozy Portable Bottle Warmer when we’re on the go, and the Momcozy Cooler to keep my milk fresh. Having reliable pumping gear has helped me stay on schedule, whether I’m at home or out with the babies.

Staying hydrated, eating enough calories, and sticking to my pumping routine have been the keys to maintaining my supply. Every breastfeeding journey is different, but consistency has been everything for me! :light_blue_heart::baby_bottle: #Momcozy #ExclusivelyPumping #TwinMom #BreastfeedingJourney #MilkSupply #PumpingMom #PostpartumLife #BreastfeedingSupport #MomLife
