I’ve up my milk supply since I started participating in this group chat and on facebook. Whether I sought help or read others post. I want to thank everyone who was brave enough to share your experience. It really do make a difference. It did for me! I used ideas I saw on both forums and tweaked them to work for me and now I’m reaping the rewards.
