Don’t want to get too excited but I think my water just broke. Idkkkkkk. A gush of fluid came out while sitting down soon as I was about to start eating. Not a whole bunch but enough to notice and my underwear is wet. I kind of forced myself to pee after. Ate my food and was cramping. The food went straight through me tmi but I immediately had to use the restroom. Not sure if I should start timing because the contractions aren’t super strong just cramping and pressure. Going to do my Maternity Ball session, shower and put a pad on to track if anymore fluid leaks. :grimacing::grimacing::grimacing: Btw I just had a prenatal massage an hour ago and my dog won’t leave my side.

The dog is definitely telling you something! Don’t leave, but you gotta do what you gotta do… you don’t want your sac drying out though! Definitely give your provider’s triage line a quick call. Are you planning to give birth at home or at the hospital? Best of love Naee! Soooo exciting!

They told me to monitor the leakage, if it’s more come in or if the contractions get stronger pretty much 4-1-1 or 5-1-1 rule.

Keep in mind it may also stretch to 7-1-1! If you can’t talk through contractions then you should go in! I never reached 4 or 5 minutes but I couldn’t talk. Spoke with a dr on the phone and they told me to go in-- ended up being at 4cm and was admitted. In other words: listen to your body! :two_hearts: You’ve got this! Take it easy and get some rest!!

Cramping slowed down, I’m going to get some rest and see what happens. So I won’t obsess over it.

Nothing yet :weary_face: having slight on and off cramping today and lower back pain throughout the day but no more leaking. I have a monitoring appointment tomorrow morning.
