Have a water bottle with you at all times. Drink while pumping.

Hi, welcome to the community. I do agree with drinking plenty of water, which is something that I struggle with, but I continue to work on. 
Welcome to the community Courtney! And yess! I keep mine filled and beside me all day and night lol
I kept a water bottle with me at all times. Plus I kept extra where I would pump or breastfeed, just in case I was stuck and couldn’t move. I worked from home so I kept water bottles at my desk. One time, I had a long meeting, plus the baby fell asleep while breast fed, and my husband was on a call when I needed water. Never again was I without water.
