Look this may be taboo to some but my favorite routine I’ve come to love is feeding and pumping my baby whenever and wherever it is needed. I use to be so shy and let myself get engorged or hide away to attempt to breastfeed and it was really discouraging it made me not want to go out but here’s the the breastfeeding shouldn’t stop you from living your life getting out and doing the things you love! So I’m doing just that and if that means I’m going to pump in a river then so be it

Absolutely it took a lot of desensitization but now I feel free and empowered what a thing
Whew I’m so glad you got out of that funk from being shy and stop letting yourself get engorged! Now we get these outstanding pumping and river series, best nature pictures!!!

Omg i appreciate you so so much!!! Hahah it really did take a lot of trial and error but I swear not even when people stare I hardly notice it anymore and even when I do i figure it’s a them problem
And there will be so much more to come !!!

I pumped for the first time in public while we were on vacation. You inspired me to do it and not care, thank you I got a few looks but my baby was fed and that’s all that matters
