Something that surprised me about becoming a mom was how lonely it truly is. Lots of friends without kids may leave, you may life far from family like myself, or your partner may work long hours. These times can be super hard, but finding your own tribe is essential! The local mom group or even library may have welcoming moms, get involved in the community through volunteering if possible, church, or other events that interest you! It may be lonely but you can change that! I personally do not live near family, but found my tribe through local groups.
