I have two M5 pumps and no matter how much I clean them they always seem to have a smell. Help

Oh hmmmmmm how do you clean them? I use a bottle washer so idk if I’ll be pump help but boosting so other moms see this
I also have M5s
I fill my sink with hot water I add in the bottle washing soap I soak my pumps I scrub them drain the water rinse them then let them hit in hot water for 5-10 minutes I take them out and let them air dry

Shoot sounds pretty good to me, I bet there is a safe way to soak them in something to get the smell out I need to look this up now

Let me know if you find anything. I can’t afford the momcozy bottle cleaner for a few weeks so fingers crossed

What first came to mind was vinegar and baking soda hot water soak since then hasten again with soap rinse again? Have you happen to try that by chance

Is it a new one? I actually had a similar issue before. Contacted the support team and they suggested to put in a ventilated environment. The smell actually went away after 3-4 days.
