Help! Help me figure out the best pump usage for my m5 please I don’t want to get rid of it but it’s not working well yet for me!
I’ve been there too! I found it really helpful to start on a lower setting to let milk flow comfortably, and then gradually increase if needed. A little massage before or during pumping also helps.
