So I was lucky enough to trial the new and improved M5 smart! I did just start my cycle so I’m having a dip but it’s already coming back up which is a great sign. I don’t think it took long for me to respond to this pump! It’s awesome I can’t believe how powerful and efficient the suction is for a good affordable pump this one is it!! I love that we can control it on the app that’s always a favorite feature of mine so I can keep track of how much I produce, it eases my mind to see it’s not a huge dip but just fluctuating and I can’t believe better understand what’s going on. Seriously yall get you one of these

Slowly but surely!! I just got my cycle today which is funny because I was just writing in a post how confused I was that I was getting cramps and nothing was happening and then BOOM she showed up! It’s all makes sense now !!!

I was reaalllllly hoping it would take a lot longer 
the cramps were the worst I’ve ever had and I had pretty bad ones before having a baby but boy did this take the cake. But once it started that went away. I’m sorry I’m not making this idea any better for you! I hope yours stays away and it’s gentle to you !!

Thankyou I’m really excited about it too today was so much better !!! And my slacker was equal with my main boob today too!! This M5 is so great and I don’t even have it in full strength that’s a first for me

Yes absolutely!!! just a little bit !! And for a short while my supply is already going back up!

Yeah but it takes a wholile to have a period again especially when breastfeeding so don’t fret when it does. It’s just a quick dip but still definitely had me concerned for a hot second

So the bleeding after birth is not the same as the first period back after baby?

No you will get cramps though here and there especially when you are nursing !!
But a period is different and will most likely take awhile for you to get back hit it can vary my best friend didn’t get hers till she stopped breastfeeding at a year and them my other friend got hers at like six months ! Me I got mine here close to 9 months pp so it’s all up in the air haha
