Maternity Ball Sessions 💙

Had my Birth Ease Maternity Ball since the end of June and finally started using it two days ago. Can I just say it’s been amazing and wish I would’ve started sooner but honestly better late than never. Doing my third session tonight, being consistent every night until I give birth. I turn some calming music on in the back and enjoy the sessions. I almost want to do two sessions a day because so far they are short like 11m, &15m so far. Especially since Monday was my last day of Pilates until after birth, it feels so good to still get some type of exercise in. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: littlemoments mycozypick ShareTheLoad stillme
