Late and didn’t get to post yesterday but Happy Belated Independence Day, yesterday was such a busy day but a good one. Then today I had my second Maternity Photoshoot, it was absolutely beautiful. I get my pictures back in 2-3 weeks. I am so glad to experience such a beautiful moment and have perfect memories of this pregnancy. The first shoot I brought my mom and just got our picture in the mail about a week ago. Very cute! Seeing how beautiful I was on the shoot today reminded me throughout this pregnancy, although my body is going through changes, I’m still ME.

you look beautiful mama i love that you are keeping memories of your belly really i never did a photoshoot at that time i just couldnt even believe i was going to be a mother i was a young mom at 17 can you believe it it is crazy i know but it was the most beautiful moment of my life so i was never really one to take photos and it is something i can say today that i regret not doing but those were incredible moments that stayed with me forever and will always remain in my heart it makes me nostalgic to see your photo but you look beautiful you are doing amazing mama sending you so much love and by the way happy belated independence day

Thank you so much love. Yes I’ve been waiting to be a mommy for so long. I’m making sure to capture every memory I can. Sometimes it still amazes me that I’m actually pregnant. So these are very important moments for me to capture. I take lots of pictures even on my phone, tracking my process, especially these last few weeks. I see in your profile, you got two babies, did you capture memories at least from your second?

O totally get that !! I was so insecure and that was a ME PROBLEM really I was just sweaty and tired but the moments I have captured are great.
I hope you post some of the pictures I bet they are going to be amazing

That’s understandable too though, being hot is annoying and get irritable. That’s great you at least captured some. And I will definitely post them, within the next 2-3 weeks once they come in.

ah wow i read you and it gets me so excited i feel the happiness you have right now i also have two little ones and with my first i didnt capture many moments but with the second i did even though i never went to get a professional photoshoot done i do have photos from when i was pregnant with him and with my first baby i have some photos on my phone and some i saved on a usb drive so they wouldnt get lost i have always had issues with my phone whether it is because i drop it or stuff like that so i always try to have everything backed up on a usb drive it is so beautiful to keep those lovely memories sometimes at night i lay down and look at the pictures and i think wow now that my second and last baby is already walking i feel so nostalgic i start remembering those moments when i was pregnant and felt like i couldnt anymore and sometimes i wish i could go back to that time but it is impossible it makes me so happy to see your post those last weeks are the most tiring but they are the most beautiful and unforgettable ones reading you makes me feel that same emotion i felt when i was about to give birth when i felt that my baby was finally coming

Oh that’s actually a very great idea to put pictures on a usb. And yes that’s what it’s all about having those precious memories to go back and look at later and reminisce. And although you may not have taken any professional, at least you took some on your phone. That’s just as good and meaningful.
It was so perfect and the second look was even better. In my favorite color, I wish they would’ve gave me a rough draft pdf version to my email. But the anticipation is fun haha

It wasn’t bad actually I think you will have plenty of opportunities!!! I waited till he was a little older but if you can get those new born shots do it and DEFINITELY get foot prints!! Those tiny feet are everything

I’m going to try to get creative and do the newborn ones myself at home first and see how they come out lol, that’s funny because I was actually looking at some earlier to get ideas. And I did find some foot prints to do at home on Amazon that I need to order.

Don’t judge me but my son was born in October and I saw someone did tiny butt prints and made them into pumpkins, I tired it and it turned out awful so the foot prints were cute and we did Christmas feet into trees as cards it was just adorable
