This will be my second time getting a milk bleb on my nipple. The first time was a nightmare! I’m looking for advice to make this time less like a nightmare. I will exclusively pump on that breast until it’s healed. However, last time it got worse because the bleb prevented my breast from emptying. So it became engorged and multiple ducts clogged, causing the bleb to get bigger. I haven’t popped it but need to figure out how to empty that breast.
