This morning I had a rough pumping session. 😕 Ever since I stopped pumping in the middle of the night my morning pump is usually a good amount so I’ll pump for 30-35 minutes.

I’m not sure what happened overnight but my left nip started to hurt and I couldn’t even finish the session on that side. I’m such a big fan of these Momcozy Hydrogel pads and it literally saved me today!! 💕🥹🧸

Would definitely recommend these. Really hoping my sessions tomorrow are better. 💜

These pads sound quite lovely! What a nice way to refresh your nips after being milked!
