Today we celebrated my son’s 4th birthday. We had a Super Mario theme! It was a lot of fun. It was pretty much all family. Maybe 15 people. It was so nice and small this year that I actually got to enjoy myself a little more than normal! I got to breastfeed my little guy, play outside in the pool with my other kids and nieces and nephew. It was so nice. I usually over do it. Over cook over prepare and I’m busy and cannot enjoy myself. This year I said I wasn’t going to and I didn’t.
I wish I could relive today. His special bday party. Time with our family. The festivities (and food!!!)
if I could have any super power, it would be to slow time. So I can enjoy longer and soak it up.
