Having a friend to call and just talk about random things is a wonderful way to decompress. Mine is also my boss. When I went on maternity leave she was my coworker. Now she is my boss. It’s a win win. I feel more comfortable talking to her and if something is bugging me, I can easily get it figured out. Also my kids love going to her house. Her cats not so much

Oh my goodness your baby is so precious! How cool that your best friend is now your boss. It is nice to have a friend to talk to it makes a big difference to have someone in your corner and supporting you

It’s so nice to have a friend to talk to like that. We all need someone we can just talk about anything and everything to. Kinda cool she ended up being promoted to your boss while you were away. I know that must make things so much easier

That’s so cute! Nothing beats a good friendship. I think that’s the one thing I’m really missing as a mom. I don’t have a good friend to call on or chat with. Maybe I can meet someone through a mom group or something someday.

Yea I don’t really have much for mom friends either. I’ve worked with her for over 10 years. She unfortunately doesn’t have kids yet. Hopefully soon tho
