I have to give a shout-out to my husband thank you for all that you do. He lets me sleep in on tough nights when my baby has night parties or he will take over the night party so I can rest on the weekends. He also gets up with my 4 year old nightly and gets him back to sleep. (Please note we are working with a team to figure out his night wakings. Hopefully soon he will sleep the whole night.)

That is so nice that he’s able to help out at night like that! My husband has tried to help, but my daughter thinks daddy=playtime, so she won’t sleep for him. I’m glad you are getting some sleep!

Oh man we went through that stage. We worked through it. My son usually only wants me to get him to sleep. But if I’m out or asleep he will fight my husband a bit longer but eventually go to sleep.

I hope you do too. I’ve trained my 4 year old to bug his daddy at night so I can sleep when I was pregnant. Thank goodness I did otherwise I would be barely getting any sleep between 2 kids waking up at night.
