One support tip I have for mamas it to always bring your pump, extra bottles and a way to clean your pump. I like to use the dapple brand wipes. There has been many times I have been out and have had to pump. The wipes are so handy to help clean my pumps.

This! Pump wipes are the best thing! They stay in my bag with an extra bottle and milk collection bottle!
