Ladies… the nipple pain when your period comes back if you nurse is like the first time breast feeding pains.

I’m sorry you’re going through that. I feel you…except mine is from being outside in the heat too often. Who knew heat could cause nipple pain when you nurse?

I’m sorry you are going through that! Hormones can be so annoying at times. Try nipple cream when you know it’s coming. I would try this one! It looks promising.
Ugh I hate that you are experiencing that. I haven’t noticed any changes on my period, I hope some moms can give you some advice for relief !
