Playing is hard!

Playing and making a mess is a constant in my house. Today was color wonder paint and cars. I finished my much needed coffee and my girl wanted to try some as well:rofl: so glad I was able to capture this.

THANK YOU for saying that. Sometimes I feel so inadequate because my house is a mess. I try to pick up best I can at the end of the day but that’s my quiet time to settle too. Sometimes, the mess can just wait:heart:

That’s the other side of the ‘job’ no one talks about :rofl::rofl: it’s 815am and my kids already moved my furniture lol. I’ve already picked up a little too…. :woman_shrugging:t4:

My mom watches my kids while I work so she’ll pick up or do dishes etc. and I told her it’s either cleaning the kitchen after dinner or spending time with my kids… a lot of times I choose the kids. The mess will get cleaned at some point. But she tend to help clean it which I feel bad about. Cleaning or go to sleep and get rest. Cleaning or play with my kids… easy decisions…

This is what home suppossed to look like :beating_heart:

This means your kids are happy and healthy! If my home was spotless all the time, I’d honestly be worried. I would think something was wrong with my child if she didn’t make a mess. The only time it’s clean is when she’s asleep lol

Thank you :heart: agree, only time is when they are asleep. Then they wake up and start it all over again and ruin any progress you made:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

That’s a great way to put it :heart::heart:

Youre welcome mama. Whatever it is. I call it love :beating_heart:

I heard that a messy house is a sign of a happy baby

Now I’ve worried less about how my home looks,I still clean every day now that my baby is crawling, but I don’t stress over toys scattered around. These days, I’d rather have a home filled with laughter, little messes, and happy memories than a picture-perfect space. :two_hearts:
