One thing that I would recommend for the first 3 months is to have an all in one playpen in the room you spend most of your time! It definitely helps especially when you are healing. Your baby can nap and you have easy access to their items and change table. It also helps keep baby safe from older siblings. He needed a stool to check on his baby!

Yes we had the same. I’ll probably get a different swing tho one that locks in place. My oldest kept trying to swing his younger brother
