Something I recommend for the postpartum journey if you haven’t already is to invest in some period underwear. When you do finally get your postpartum period back it is challenging. I don’t know why I just have no desire to deal with tampons or pads anymore. I feel so much more like clean. I guess I don’t know. I also don’t have some of the cramping that I used to have and now I think that was from tampons.

I had forgotten about these! I used them pre pregnancy, but they don’t fit anymore. My hips are wider! I need to get some in a larger size

Definitely look into them. It’s wild. It definitely took away one of my really bad type of cramps that I got with tampons.

Hm I’m going! My daughter turns 10 this year and probably will be getting her cycle soon in the next few years I wonder if I should teach her about these too

I plan to with my daughter!! Unless technology changes by then lol. But my plan will be these and only tampons or cups for swimming

Never heard of them. I can’t really tell from picture(partially blind right now​:sweat_smile:). Are they thick? And when wearing them do they look like diapers? Is the underwear all padded or is it only where a pad typically would be?

Yessss girl :joy: I never thought I’d be one to care about period underwear but honestly they can be sooo much more comfortable. After everything our bodies go thru during pregnancy and postpartum, the last thing I wanna do is deal with uncomfortable pads or tampons lol. I also love not having to worry about leaks as much, especially when you’re already busy with baby. Definitely one of those things that sounds weird until you actually try it :joy:

So it depends on the capacity, some have more padding than others but it’s a fabric padding. It does not feel like diapers!Or feel like pads. Mine are cotton. Some feel bathen suit bottoms
